This gentler style is a great foundation and a solid support for more active practices. Focus on alignment in poses, breath awareness, meditation, relaxation. Your guide will lead you through simple sequences, helping you to find ease in poses with the aid of your breath and a focused mind. This is a great class to take if you are a beginner yogi, and also good for more advancing practitioners who value more time to explore, refine and balance their practice.
