Yin Yoga taps the knowledge of the subtle energy body, the channels of energy flow and the deeper holding patterns of our tissues. This practice will challenge you in an all new way. No standing poses, all floor work, loooooong holds, and a deep, deep journey into the depth of your true, still, breathing self.
